Meet Founders, Debra & Dr. Rob Maldonado who developed the NeuroMyndra™ Coaching Method based on Jungian Psychology, Eastern Spirituality and Social Neuroscience. For over 13 years, they have been training coaches in a depth coaching model, have both coached for over two decades.

Debra is a TEDx Speaker, Author of Let Love In (Wiley), Like a Spark from Fire (Creative Mind Media) and Second Horizon™ (coming in 2026). She's been featured on many news outlets.

Dr. Rob has post-graduate degrees from the University of Texas and University of Wisconsin-Madison and has expert-level knowledge of child psychology and neurodevelopmental disorders. He trained at the Waisman Center in Madison, Wisconsin, an institute for advancing knowledge of human development, developmental disabilities, and neurodegenerative diseases, and has practiced psychology in Texas, Colorado and New York.
